Set out below are three new recipes from my close friend Andy Wakeford who is Head of School for Food Academy, Hospitality & Restaurant Services at West Herts College.

  1. Kerry, You can see I am paying attention – I am going to cook Andy’s mushroom stroganoff later this week. In the method there is a reference to pouring in tomato juice, but in the ingredients there is no reference to tom juice! I can easily add some passata or something but can you ask Andy how much tom juice is required? Sorry to be a pain, and ignore if it is too much bother, but it does look good!
